I’m Cameo

I am a woman who is deeply devoted to reminding you of what it means to be sovereign — to reclaim full ownership of your body and soul. To remember the voice of your intuition. To trust the wisdom within you. To feel wholly expressed and fully alive.

I am here as a guide + facilitator, holding you as you move through your own reclamation. Not as a healer — for you are your own healer — but as a Woman who has walked this path.

I moved through most of my life with the belief that to be accepted meant I must do all, be all, for all. I was agreeable, passive, and made sure to tuck my “badness” and boldness away, never to be found lest it threaten my acceptance, worthiness, or relationships.

But this only perpetuated the illusion of love — both given and received — and kept me trapped in a cycle of codependency, inauthenticity, and settling for a life that is only half-lived. This left me in an emotionally void relationship, a soul-draining career, and a body + spirit that felt nothing like my own.

I knew I needed a wild reclamation — one that said “no more” to dysfunctional relationships, societal conditioning, maladaptive patterns and behaviors, and disconnection from my own body.

And so my work began, going fully into the depths of my soul; my body, my womb, my grief, my anger, my pleasure — everything that called out to be seen, healed, and loved.

Through this path, I have reclaimed who I’ve always been. I reclaimed my desires in relationships and built a partnership beyond what I could have ever dreamed, cultivated loving and authentic friendships and community, disentangled from the narratives + beliefs that kept me stuck in maladaptive patterns, and deeply ignited my devotion to walk with others as we feel it all and be fully alive.
